Calling all budding wildlife and nature writers

LadybirdAre you a wildlife enthusiast or bird watcher with a story to tell? Do you have wildlife hints and tips you’d love to share with other enthusiasts? Have you got a favourite wildlife site or piece of wildlife gear you’d like to review?

If you have then we’d love to hear from you.

Ireland’s wildlife was always meant to be a collaborative platform, and I’m convinced that the broader the mix of wildlife content on the site, and the more people we have contributing to it — the better the site will be for everyone. Diversity is the name of the game — and that’s just as true when it comes to great wildlife content as it is for the wildlife itself.

High quality wildlife content

While I want to encourage content contributions from a wide range of people, hailing from a wide range of backgrounds, not all content will make it through the editorial process. My focus will always be to deliver the highest quality content possible on the Ireland’s Wildlife site, and that quality is something I refuse to compromise.

So, if you believe you have a great idea for a story, would like to share a review of some equipment you’re particularly impressed with, or want to profile a wildlife watching site near you, then check out our submission guidelines here and get in touch with your proposal.

We can’t wait to start sharing your wildlife writing with Ireland’s Wildlife readers.
